This still needs to be read over by Grumpdogg and finalised, any additions will be posted asap. Fireteam Introduction The ideal of fireteams is that the squad is split up into two squads of two and one squad leader. This therefore simplifies the communication process making the squad more efficient and effective if this practice is mastered. For example, a simple order such as "cwarmby & reload your fireteam one", "fireteam one, cover the east", "fireteam one, go infantry killers" etc. Flag Attack & Movement This area is how the squad should be moving to a flag and how a successful flag attack is achieved. Step One: Squad leader will move in whatever assigned transportation to the flag, bail short in a covered or concealed position so the squad can work their magic. Step Two: Squad spawns in, fireteam one and two (designated by squad leader before insertion, as well as kits) move in the directions shown in the above picture and head straight for the flag radius. We are fighting for the flag, NOT to improve your kills to deaths ratio so getting on the flag as quickly as possible in mass numbers is the ultimate goal. Other Important Notes for Fireteams:

If you die, call it out so you can be revived.
If you see an enemy, spot him.
If the Squad Leader dies, everyone should move to revive him, unless the flag is almost captured.
Once spawned, get away from the squad leader as quickly as possible. Do NOT fight next to the squad leader as you are threatening his life by giving his position away.
Other Important Notes for Squad Leaders:

Imagine you are fighting with only a smoke grenade, in other words, don't shoot as much as you can, use only for self defense.
Retreat if needed.
If the fireteams are failing their objectives, reassign their kit loadout to combat the enemy arsenal. (eg. anti-tank to kill tanks)
If you have to engage the enemy, imply 'shoot-and-scoot' tactics where after killing an enemy, shift position so enemies sent to come get you, won't find anything.
Flag Defense This area is how the squad should be defending a flag and how a successful flag defense is achieved. Step One Once flag is captured, squad leader will set up a four-corner, 360 degree defense. He will do this by ordering fireteams into positions (eg. "Fireteam One, Cover East", the two members of fireteam one will then workout between themselves who covers the north and south). The idea of this is that each of the fireteam members covers a 90 degree sector of the flag and scans it constantly so that no enemy gets close to the flag unnoticed. Step Two Squad leader sets up traps on the flag (C4) and hides away in a secure location. Fireteam members will call out loud and clear when they spot an enemy. If the threat is significant, the remainding fireteam members will all converge on that specific sector and kill the enemy threat before returning to their posts. Other Important Notes for Fireteams:

Spotting is the key, loud clear calls of what the enemy is in and direction.
If you die, quick call of where you are and you need a revive.
Other Important Notes for Fireteams:

Squad leader will retreat if the enemy gets to close and if the flag goes neutral, starts a counter-attack. (If enemy is spotted to the North East, retreat to South West)
Detonate C4 if enemy fights there way on to your flag.
